This internal Solid Oak door is made from Four Tongue & Grove beaded planks.
Then three supporting ledges

The door is then sanded smooth using 120 grit sand paper after which Rose head nails can be added as an extra to add that extra finish ready for you to apply the finish of your choice., oil or wax etc

The Oak is kiln dried to an average 9.5% moister content.

Other size''s can be made to your measurements; different numbers of plank''s can be used (e.g. a 30inch wide door could have 4, 7.5 inch planks or 6, 5inch planks, as well as 3 plank doors can be made**).
